How To Make Air Fryer Taco Stuffed Shells
Cook the pasta shells
Boil the jumbo shells until just al dente. Don’t overcook them or they’ll rip when stuffed. I usually stop cooking them about 1 minute earlier than the box says.
Make the Taco Filling
Cook chopped onion in a skillet with olive oil until soft. Add the ground beef and break it apart while cooking. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water until the mixture becomes thick and flavorful.
One thing I started doing recently is letting the taco meat cool for 5 minutes before stuffing the shells. The filling thickens slightly, which makes stuffing WAY easier and less messy.
