Vinaigrette in Stock – Fresh, Creamy, and Always on Hand!

220 g crème fraîche

70 g medium-strong mustard

15 g vegetable stock powderVinaigrette gift set

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

3 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 small shallot, finely chopped

1 bunch chives, finely choppedSalad ingredient kit

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the crème fraîche and mustard until smooth.

Add the vegetable stock powder, apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and black pepper.

Whisk well until the dressing is creamy and evenly blended.

Stir in the finely chopped shallot and chives.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

👉 For an even smoother texture, you can briefly blend the vinaigrette with a hand blender.
