✔ 1 medium green or red cabbage 🥬
✔ 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted vegan butter
✔ 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
✔ ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (adds a smoky depth!)

✔ ½ teaspoon salt
✔ ¼ teaspoon black pepper
✔ ½ teaspoon dried thyme or oregano (optional)
