1. Prepare the batter
In a bowl, whisk eggs until frothy.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add milk powder (and sweetener + vanilla if using).
Mix until smooth and thick.
2. Pour & bake
Pour batter into a greased round pan (like the image).
Smooth the top.
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35–45 minutes
— until the top looks golden.
3. Cool & Slice
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Slice into squares as shown in the picture.
