Ingredients:
- Half a handful of dried sage
- 200 ml of boiling water
Preparation:
- Put the sage in a teapot or large mug.
- Pour boiling water on it.
- Allow to infuse for 5 minutes, covered.
- Allow it to stand for another 10 minutes before filtering.
- Drink 2-3 times per day, between meals, for best results on digestion, intestinal flora, and toxin clearance.
