Air Fryer Potato Wedges

This potato recipe uses simple seasonings that we also use for these air fryer breakfast potatoes. They have just the right amount of flavor, making them the perfect side dish. The best part of these crispy air fryer potato wedges, besides how delicious they are, is there is no need for greasy deep frying.

I use a Cosori air fryer when I make this recipe. Because the wattages can be different depending on the type of air fryer used, you may have to adjust the cooking time by 2-3 minutes. If your oven doesn’t have an air fryer basket, you can place them on a small baking sheet.

Russet Potatoes-or Yukon Gold Potatoes
Olive Oil
Paprika
Kosher Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Optional: Chili Powder or Cayenne Pepper

DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
To cut potatoes into wedges, begin by first cutting the potatoes into quarters on a cutting board. Then, cut each quarter potato into wedges.

STEP 2
Fill a large mixing bowl with cold water. Add a few ice cubes if necessary. Add the cut wedges to the water, and let them soak for 25-30 minutes. This will remove the starch and makes them crispy potato wedges.
