EXPERT TIPS:
If you had larger potatoes, which make larger wedges, you may need to add 2-3 extra minutes for cooking time.

Depending on your basket size, you may need to work in batches. If you overfill the basket, the potatoes may not cook evenly.

Store leftover potato wedges in an airtight container, and keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
To reheat leftover wedges, microwave for 30-60 seconds until warm, or return to the air fryer and air fry at 400 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes, until heated and crispy.
