Cheese Garlic Bread (Air Fryer Pull-Apart Style)

Ingredients
1 round loaf of bread (sourdough or crusty Italian bread works best)

4 tbsp butter, melted

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (or use a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing, chili flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions
Prepare the Bread

Place the bread on a cutting board. Using a serrated knife, cut the bread in a criss-cross pattern — about 1 inch apart — making sure not to cut all the way through the bottom.

Make the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Stuff the Bread

Gently open the cuts and stuff shredded cheese between the slices.

Spoon or brush the garlic butter mixture into all the crevices.

Air Fry
