2 cups (500 ml) milk
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp cornstarch (cornflour)
200 ml heavy cream (or whipping cream)
1 packet tea biscuits or graham crackers
Optional: Cocoa powder or grated chocolate for dusting
Instructions
Prepare the Custard Base
In a saucepan, mix milk, condensed milk, and cornstarch.
Stir continuously over medium heat until it thickens into a smooth custard.
Let it cool slightly.
