Vegetables
2 medium zucchinis (grated)

1 small onion or 2 green onions (finely chopped)
2–3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
Binders
2 large eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour or ½ cup breadcrumbs
½ tsp baking powder (optional — makes them fluffier)
