Lemon–Honey–Ginger Morning Tonic
(A simple household wellness drink—not a cure for diseases)
DESCRIPTION
A warm, tangy, slightly sweet tonic made with lemon, ginger, and honey. Many people enjoy it in the morning because it tastes refreshing and can help hydration and comfort.
INGREDIENTS (Serves 1–2)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated ginger (or a few slices)
1 cup warm water (not boiling — keeps honey nutrients intact)
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm the water until it’s comfortably hot.
Add ginger and let it sit for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice.
Add honey last and mix well.
Drink warm.
