Ingredients:
1 ½ cups almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 large eggs
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
½ cup warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
