Creamy Quark Meringue Cake with Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients:

Dough:

1 egg

220 g flour

½ packet baking powder

100 g butter

85 g sugar

Filling:

250 g sour cream

120 g sugar

3 egg yolks

1 packet vanilla sugar

200 ml whole milk

450 g low-fat quark (or substitute with Greek yogurt if unavailable)

1 packet vanilla pudding powder (for cooking)

a little oil

Meringue topping:

3 egg whites

40 g sugar
