Creamy Quark Meringue Cake with Vanilla Pudding

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat).

Knead the ingredients for the dough and press it into a 26 cm (10-inch) springform pan, forming a rim up the sides.

Mix together the ingredients for the filling and pour over the dough. Bake for 50 minutes.

Beat the 3 egg whites with 40 g of sugar until stiff peaks form, spread as a meringue topping over the cake, and bake for another 10 minutes.
