Creamy, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate fudge packed with colorful mini marshmallows and crunchy add-ins.
A no-bake, holiday-style treat ready in minutes!
Ingredients
Base
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Mix-Ins (What gives the colorful look!)
3 cups mini marshmallows (rainbow or regular)
½–1 cup chopped nuts (optional: walnuts, pecans, almonds)
½ cup chopped dried fruit or candied fruit (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prep the pan
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
Lightly grease the paper.
2. Melt the fudge base
In a medium saucepan over LOW heat:
Add white chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk.
Stir constantly until completely smooth — be patient; white chocolate scorches easily.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
3. Add mix-ins
Let the mixture cool 3–4 minutes so the marshmallows won’t melt.
Fold in mini marshmallows, nuts, and fruit until evenly distributed.
4. Pour & set
Pour the mixture into the lined pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
5. Slice & serve
Lift out the block using the parchment.
Slice into bars or cubes.
Store in an airtight container (refrigerated or at room temp).
Servings
Makes 16 large squares or 32 small bites.
Notes
For clean slices, use a hot knife (run under boiling water, wipe, cut).
Colored marshmallows give the exact look shown in the photo.
Letting the fudge cool slightly before adding marshmallows stops color bleeding.
You can make this up to 1 week ahead — it keeps beautifully.

Q&A
Q: My fudge turned grainy. What happened?
A: White chocolate overheats easily. Keep heat very low and stir constantly.
Q: Can I freeze it?
A: Yes! Wrap tightly and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge.
Q: My marshmallows melted — why?
A: The base was too hot. Let it cool slightly before folding them in.
Q: Can I make this dairy-free?
A: Use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut-sweetened condensed milk.
Q: Why didn’t my fudge set?
A: Too much condensed milk or not enough chilling time. Freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
