This dish is so good, I’ve cooked it four times already this month!

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
3/4 cup buttermilk
