Combine: In a small saucepan, mix together 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
Heat and Stir: Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally until the butter is completely melted.
Add Sweetener: Once the butter is melted, reduce the heat to low and stir in 1/3 cup of powdered sweetener, such as erythritol or stevia.
Cook and Stir: Continue to cook and stir the mixture for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until it has reduced by about half and is thick and creamy. Be sure to keep an eye on it to prevent boiling over.
Cool: Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the condensed milk cool. It will thicken further as it cools down.
Store: Once cooled, transfer the Keto Condensed Milk to a jar or an airtight container, and store it in the refrigerator for future use.
