Line an 8-inch square baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
2. Melt the Ingredients
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from the heat and immediately stir in the white chocolate chips until fully melted and incorporated.
3. Add the Peanuts
Fold in the roasted peanuts, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
4. Transfer and Chill
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
5. Slice and Serve
Lift the nougat from the pan using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and cut into bars or bite-sized squares.
