🧴 Rosemary Hair Rinse (for Hair Growth)
Ingredients:
1–2 tablespoons dried rosemary (or a handful of fresh rosemary)
2 cups (about 500ml) water
How to Use:
Boil the water in a pot.
Add the rosemary and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Let it cool, then strain the mixture.
Pour it into a spray bottle or container.
After shampooing, pour the rosemary water onto your hair as a final rinse.
Leave it in—do not rinse out.
Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
