2 cups water

Instructions
Rinse the fresh rosemary gently under cool water.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the rosemary leaves to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow it to steep for another 3 minutes.
Strain the infusion into a cup.
Add honey and lemon if desired.
