Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk until smooth.
Combine & Fill
Stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Divide batter into muffin cups, filling nearly to the top.
Make Streusel Topping
In a small bowl, combine flour, sugars, pumpkin spice, and melted butter with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle generously over each muffin.
Bake
Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake another 15–17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Make the Glaze
Whisk powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
Cool & Drizzle
Let muffins cool slightly, then drizzle with the cinnamon glaze before serving.
