Oven Baked Pork and Potato Patties

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine pork, grated potatoes, onion, garlic, egg, ½ cup breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until even.

Step 3: Form Patties
Shape mixture into 3-inch patties. Coat each patty in the remaining breadcrumbs, pressing gently to stick.

Step 4: Bake
Arrange patties on the prepared sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Let cool slightly before serving warm.
