No Sugar, No Milk! Sugar-Free Cake Recipe Ingredients:

1. In a bowl, whisk together:
* 2 eggs
* Pinch of salt
* 1/4 cup melted butter
* 1 tsp vanilla
2. Add and mix well:
* 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
3. Fold in:
* Chopped apple
* 1/4 cup black raisins
4. Grease a 6-inch pan with oil and line it with baking paper.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake at 170°C (preheated oven) for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
