My uncle always made these on cool weekend afternoons, and the aroma would fill the whole house. I still can’t believe something with only 4 ingredients could turn out so comforting and delicious.

Fold the foil over the ingredients and crimp the edges tightly to seal. Leave a little space inside each packet for steam to circulate.
