Mango-cucumber smoothie

Day 1: Mango and Cucumber Smoothie
1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 chopped cucumber

1/2 chopped mango

. Optional: 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk

Day 2: Banana and Almond Cocoa Smoothie
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp almond butter or a handful of almonds

1 banana

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

. Optional: 1 cup almond milk

Day 3: Dragon Fruit and Banana Smoothie
1/4 cup rolled oats

1 banana

1/2 cup chopped dragon fruit (pitaya)

Day 4: Kiwi and Banana Smoothie

1/4 cup oatmeal

1 banana

1 kiwi (peeled and chopped)

. Optional: 1 cup water or milk of your choice

Day 5: Apple, Banana, and Blueberry Smoothie
1/4 cup oatmeal

1 apple (chopped)

1 banana

A few blueberries

. Optional: 1 cup oat milk

Day 6: Apple and Blueberry Smoothie
1/4 cup oatmeal

1/2 apple (chopped)

2 tbsp blueberries

. Optional: 1 cup water or yogurt
