Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Step 2: Brown the Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of Italian sausage until fully browned.
Use a wooden spoon to break it up into crumbles as it cooks.

Step 3: Sauté the Veggies
