Low-Carb Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Blench the broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
