Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Step 1: Cook the Potatoes
In a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, add diced potatoes and cover with water.

Cook until potatoes are tender.

Step 2: Add Flavors
Add milk, chicken bouillon cubes, onions, parsley, garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and one slice of bacon.

Mix well to combine.

Step 3: Thicken the Soup
Quickly stir in flour, mixing until no lumps remain and the soup thickens.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Add Cheese
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Dice remaining bacon for garnish.
