LEMON MERINGUE CAKE

Ingredients
. For the base:
1 egg
50g sugar
50g flour
40ml oil
3g baking powder
Lemon zest
For the lemon mousse:
2 eggs
2 lemons, juiced
50g sugar
15g butter
1 sheet of gelatine (3g)
200ml unsweetened whipping cream
For the meringue:
150 g sugar
50 g water
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
