Keto Cinnamon Donut Muffins

Ingredients:
For the Muffins:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk alternatives)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (helps activate the baking soda)
For the Cinnamon Coating:
1/4 cup erythritol, granulated (or sweetener of choice)
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
