Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredient Amount
Pork chops (bone-in or boneless) 4 chops, 1½–2 lbs total, 1″ thick
Olive oil or butter 2 tbsp
Chicken broth or water ½ cup
Dijon mustard 3 tbsp
Whole-grain mustard (optional) 2 tbsp
Honey ¼ cup
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Fresh parsley (optional garnish) As desired

1. Prep the Pork Chops

Pat chops dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear to Perfection

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
3. Make the Honey Mustard Sauce

In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Stir in Dijon, whole-grain mustard, honey, broth, and vinegar.
Whisk and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
