Step 3: Bread the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip into beaten eggs, letting extra drip off.
Press into Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly on all sides.
Step 4: Pan-Fry the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Work in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
Step 5: Finish in the Oven
Transfer browned chicken to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
