Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Mashed PotatoesBoil Potatoes: Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until fork-tender.Mash Potatoes: Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, and garlic (if using). Mash until smooth and creamy.Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and keep warm.
