2 ½ cups (300 g) bread flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp granular sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)

1 cup (240 ml) warm skim milk
1 ½ tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
1 ½ tsp instant yeast
