Classic Hearty Reuben Bake

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare bread layer: Spread the cubed rye bread evenly in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter.

Layer ingredients:

Spread the corned beef evenly over the bread.
Top with the drained sauerkraut.
Combine Thousand Island dressing with Dijon mustard (if using). Drizzle over the sauerkraut.
Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Cool and serve: Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with parsley (optional).
