Ingre: flank steak, bell peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, salt, black pepper
Instruction: Slice beef thinly against the grain and toss with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little sesame oil. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet, stir-fry beef until browned, then remove. In the same pan, sauté onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger until just tender.
