Baked Cajun Catfish Ingredients 4 catfish fillets 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon, sliced Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get things nice and toasty. 2. Arrange the catfish fillets in a baking dish, making sure they have a little room to cook evenly. 3.
