Air Fryer Fried Ravioli

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, black pepper, and garlic powder .

Add flour to another medium bowl. Crack eggs and whisk in a separate bowl. Create a dredging station with the bowls to bread the ravioli.

Dip ravioli in flour to coat both sides and shake off excess. Then, dip it in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb mixture, patting crumbs into the ravioli so that it adheres.

In batches, arrange ravioli in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket. Spray the ravioli with olive oil after breading before air frying.

Air fry ravioli at 350 F for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite marinara or dipping sauce.
Recipe Tips & Tricks
Arrange the ravioli in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch each other- or they’ll just end up sticking together.
Make sure you flip them over midway during the cooking time. This way, they’ll be nice and crispy all over.
You can also use frozen ravioli if you want to. Just make sure you add a couple of extra minutes of cooking time and make sure they turn golden brown and crispy before you remove them.
If you’re using larger or smaller sized ravioli, you’ll need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
For some extra yumminess, you can also top each ravioli with a sprinkle of mozzarella during the final 2-3 minutes of cooking time. I did this when I made my Air Fryer mini pizzas and the result was wicked delicious!

Serving Ideas & Suggestions
This crispy Air Fryer fried ravioli is great to serve as an appetizer alongside an Italian-inspired pasta dish like Air Fryer lasagna stuffed shells, a simple spaghetti dish or even just an Air Fryer pizza pasta casserole.

These also turn out to be amazing as a light lunch, served with a side salad or a quick snack- just like my Air Fryer hot pockets. If you’re making these for a crowd, consider teaming them up with some dipping sauces of your choice.
