6–8 Yukon Gold potatoes, halved lengthwise
1/4 cup salted butter, melted
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Butter Mixture
Melt the butter and pour it into a shallow bowl or plate.
In a separate dish, mix the grated Parmesan and black pepper.
Step 2: Coat the Potatoes
Dip the cut side of each potato into the melted butter.
Press the buttered side firmly into the Parmesan mixture, coating it evenly.
Step 3: Air Fry the Potatoes
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place the potatoes, cut side down, in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Rest and Serve
Let the potatoes sit for 5 minutes before removing them from the air fryer to allow the cheese crust to crisp up further.
