AIR FRYER APPLE RING DOUGHNUT

How to serve air-fried apple ring doughnuts?
These are best to serve as soon as ready, if left for too long they turn soft and soggy. Apple ring doughnuts are so good on their own but can be served with hot beverages or with milkshakes to kids.

Can I reheat leftover Apple Ring Doughnuts?
Well, if there are any leftovers, as I promise you won’t have any leftovers, but if there are one or the other reason than the answer is yes. Just preheat the air fryer for a couple of minutes then cook for 2 minutes.

Be careful, the cinnamon sugar on top of the doughnut will melt and can burn your fingers or mouth if eaten straight away ..

Scrumptious platter of apple donuts! I love enjoying fresh, seasonal apples but when there are bushels of them, making a large platter of these sounds delicious! Alas, I do not have an air fryer, but would not mind trying it baked or even fried! Fabulous share dear!

Apple ring donuts look so tempting. A much better way to enjoy donuts rather than the normal sugary ones. I can imagine serving a ring of apple donut with a dollop of ice cream,…gosh now I’m salivating!

What a delicious and guilt-free dessert/ snack this is. Love the use of air-fryer (it is one of the least used gadget in my kitchen). Will have to try these for my family soon.

I had a go with this recipe and they were delicious. Turning half way was problematic as batter fell off. Not sure how to make batter stay fixed.

Hi Judi
The batter needs to be quite thick. Hope this helps.

Can we replace sparkling water with something else?

@Saima Moin, you may use pinch of baking soda and regular tap water instead of sparkling water. Hope this helps.
