Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Ingredients:

– 4 chicken breasts, butterflied
– 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
– 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
– 1 cup mozzarella cheese
– 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 bunch fresh basil, chopped
– 2.5 cups marinara sauce
– 1.5 teaspoon salt
– Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Baking Dish: Spread marinara sauce, layer mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle basil.
3. Season Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
4. Assemble: Arrange chicken in the baking dish, top with breadcrumb mixture (panko, parmesan, parsley, and oregano).
5. Bake: Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through and golden brown.
