2 onions, peeled and diced
1 kg floury potatoes, peeled and diced

200 g celeriac, peeled and diced
1 leek, trimmed and sliced into rings

Salt, pepper, paprika, and grated nutmeg, to taste
1 l vegetable stock (instant or homemade)
4 stalks marjoram, leaves picked and chopped
2 stalks parsley, leaves picked and chopped
2 tbsp cream
