½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
1 tsp dried thyme (or rosemary)
½ cup shredded Parmesan (optional but delicious!)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Optional add-ins: Crispy bacon bits, cheddar cheese, or chili flakes
