Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, and oyster sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken.
Add broccoli and ΒΌ cup of water. Cover and steam for 2β3 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
